각각의 movement에 대한 증거로 material document가 생성된다.

G/L 계정을 갱신하는 movement가 일어나면, material document 외에 추가적으로 accounting document가 생성된다. G/L 계정은 자동계정결정(automatic account determination) 절차에 의해 갱신된다.
